The Lighter Side of the Colts with Matt Taylor – HN205

By May 22, 2015Podcast, Show

We begin with our own obligatory David Letterman stories. Indiana ties, we’re broadcasters, you knew it was coming. Plus Hammer’s story of watching the show live in New York.

Matt Taylor joins us as we discuss the Colts and their previous gestapo like regime and how Matt came in during the Andrew Luck years to a much nicer friendlier Colts squad. We also talk Peyton Manning and the differences and similarities between him and Luck. We also dive into what the Colts were thinking about in the draft.

The last thing we remember about the Colts was being depantsed by the Patriots, we talk about if the defense has been revamped enough in this off season to truly get them into position to make a run at the Super Bowl.

We find out what it’s like to interview Luck after a big loss. Plus what it was like to fill in for Bob Lamey after he went out sick for before the game.

To wrap things up we have impressions with Matt Taylor where his JMV is dead on, as is Bob Lovell, and Don Fischer.
